Textilan pens - Retouching Pens

Using our retouching pen almost all textile mistakes could be retouched. Wrong retouched places can't be removed. Textiles preparations should be used only with extreme care.
Textilan – pens for retouching are available as:

• Textilan retouching pen with fine and breadth nib – bright errors to bring darker
• Textilan retouching RS pen - here dark colour errors can be corrected in a quick and uncomplicated way. (Dark errors to bring brightly)
• Textilan-Pen W aqueous is free of organic solvents
• Valve pen no.1 and K -200 pen – bright and dark errors to bring light-colored

With standard textilan pen only bright errors can be retouched. Through new developed Textilan pen RS - based on selected content of materials - quick retouching of dark colours in suitable tone is possible.
The Textilan ink and the Textilan pen are available in all 150 colours of the big colour card and 100 colours of the Jeans colour card.
Through transmittal of textile samples it is possible to produce special colours.

The Textilan-pen is made of : Aluminium case, filter, writing head and cap.
Pens can be refilled.

It is important that not too much Textilan-tincture is filled into the filter. The Textilan-pen will then „blot“ as the excess Textilan-tincture cannot be absorbed by the filter. In general, 2-3 millilitre are enough for one re-fill.

A filling pipette can be used for filling the pens.

Only light faults can be darkened with Textilan-pens.

Exception : Valve pen no.1, Textilan Pen Nr. K-200 / white.
The Valve pen No. 1/ and Textilan Pen Nr. K-200 is used for retouching dark colours.
If a dark spot has been lightened too much, it is easily possible to level this out with darker Textilan-tincture when dry.

Directions for use Valve pen No.1:
Shake the Ventil-pen thoroughly before use so as to mix the white colour well. The rattle of the mixing ball must be heard clearly.
Before use press the tip „carefully“ inward until the white colour has flown into it. Then the retouching may begin. When the tip stops giving colour, again, press / pump so that colour can flow into the tip once more.
The Valve pens No.1 can be refilled with Textilan-tincture No.1

Directions for use Textilan Pen Nr. K-200:
Shake pen well.
Take off cap, before the first application hold pen upside down and briefly de-aerate by simultaneously pressing the tip (for example above a paper or cloth).
If Ink stops to flow well, press again.
Replace cap after use.

Tests should be carried out before use.
